At that time the installation, many years ago, the service was excellent. The standards of client care have not gone down. They have actually excelled in this unusual time.
We contacted Bouma on Sunday/Monday, the repairman was there promptly Monday Morning. Quick and efficient. We appreciated his attention to detail and safety measures - wearing mask etc. Thank you !

Bouma Bros oiled and adjusted our garage door, replaced our non working garage door opener with a new Genie opener and hauled away the old opener. The garage door and Genie opener both work great! I found this company to be reliable and professional from start to finish and I was very satisfied with all interactions. I highly recommend their services.
