So disappointing with this company. We did have great service in the past. Called a couple weeks ago to get a quote replacing a garage door and opener and we are still waiting. Called a couple weeks ago to get a quote replacing a garage door and opener and we are still waiting. Good thing we are not holding our breath. My son had to call twice and was told the email was already sent. If that is the case, still waiting. Such poor customer service. Never again will we call you. I didn't even want to give a one star because certainly you don't deserve it and unfortunately it was required.

Hello Barb! I am sorry you haven't received your quote. You asked for your quote on March 4 and we emailed it to you on March 6. A couple of days later your son called so we tried sending it to a different email at that point. If you still haven't received it we would be happy to mail you a hard copy or stop by and drop it off. Otherwise our office is just down the road if you would like to come take a look in our showroom at the different options. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience!

Our Torsion spring broke over the weekend so we called first thing Monday morning hoping to get a repair made sometime later in the week. The technician that we spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and said someone would be out by mid day.
We had an appointment so we couldn’t be home when the service technician came.
When we returned home the repair was made, the charge was very reasonable and all completed by 1:00p
