Be aware of him I am considering talk to my Lawyer still, please hire a company that will install exactly what you request!

I am sorry you had a bad experience Xiomara. Unfortunately I feel like there was a language barrier and some miss understanding. The operator that you originally ordered was out of stock due to Covid. So at no cost to you we upgraded you to a better operator so we could get the job done for you. Yes, there was a small 1" hole in your ceiling where the wires need to come down from above the drywall and I know you weren't happy about that so I had someone come out and put a plate cover over it. I feel like we did the best we could to assure you were a happy customer and I apologize for the fact that you don't feel that way.
