A few weeks ago, we had our springs replaced and then I recently noticed that there was a small gap at the bottom when the door was closed. I called yesterday to see if they could come take a look. Today they came, fixed the gap so it closes well, and no charge given their good warranty on workmanship. Once again, we were so glad for Bouma Bros!

Needed to replace my garage door and all the tracks etc. as a result of my backing into mine this Winter. I contacted Greg who provided me all the brochures and samples to determine which door I need and what style to order. I selected the door I wanted, the technician came out right away to verify the measurements, door was ordered and installed. Love my new door. Such great service and so easy to work with !!
