I worked with Ben Bouma and he was very professional, honest and straight forward with me. I had other questions after speaking on the phone and he answered my texts and/or emails promptly and politely. Their prices can't be beat to boot. When the installers came they were very polite and did the install fast and efficiently and took care to do the job right.
